The socket heads are cold-forged from CRV50BV30 chrome-vanadium tool steel, hardened to a hardness of 45-47 HRC and protected from corrosion by chrome plating with a matte surface effect.
The inserts are made of high-strength S2 tool steel, hardened to 55-60 HRC and protected against corrosion by phosphating. They have an external hexagonal working profile.
The set is supplied complete with a steel rail-holder. The rail has petal holders for socket heads and is equipped with mounting holes for installation on a tool stand.
The height of heads with inserts is 55 mm. Heads have a standard connecting square 1/2 (12.5 mm).
