MANNOL Gasket Maker Transparent is a high-quality single-component silicone sealant that vulcanises into silicone rubber at room temperature. It has excellent adhesive and bonding properties. It is applicable to bonding and sealing of vehicle windshields, headlights, indicators and brake lights. It replaces rubber, paper and cork seals. It is resistant to the influence of lubricants, coolants and water. It can be used for working with glass, plastic, ceramics and aluminium. It is easy to apply and remains flexible. Smooth and level with soapy water after application to the degreased surface. The sealing may be exposed to loads after 24 hours. The working temperature of this product is from -40 °C to +180 °C (for a short time).

The surfaces to be sealed must be clean, dry and free of oil and grease. Apply material evenly and immediately join parts without flash-off time. After applying on an oil-free surface, flatten and smooth the surface using soapy water. The gasket can be subjected to loads after 24 hours. Operating temperatures from -40 °C to +180 °C (short term). Store in tightly closed original container in a dry place at temperatures from +5 °C to +25 °C.
